Returns & Exchanges
Please take note that only the reasons eligible for return/exchange are stated below:
(1) Incorrect Size - Rings & bangles with different size schemes only
(2) Incorrect Item Sent
(3) Manufacturer Defect Item
You have [7] calendar days to make a return/exchange for a manufacturer’s defective item and/or items that were wrongly sent from the date you received it.
Items can only be exchanged once per purchase.
No exchanges are allowed on promotional or discounted items (including gift sets).
Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any related accessories, protective covers, or boxes.
If a defective item is still in possession and not returned after [7] days from the date received it will be considered as human-caused defects.
If you wish to make an exchange within 7 days, your item must be in the same condition as when you first received it.
Every item that has applied for return/exchange needs to have proof of purchase (Theophilus official receipt, warranty card, etc)
Engraved item is not exchangeable and not refundable.
We accept exchange of size and colour of the same product for backorder only.
All returned items must be verified by our quality service department before any exchange is approved.
Warranty Policy
The original receipt and warranty certificate are required as proof of purchase.
A limited warranty of one (1) year is provided for materials and workmanship on gold, gold-plated, bracelets, earrings, pendants, necklaces, rings, and charms.
A limited warranty of thirty (30) days is provided for materials and workmanship on all items containing glass, enamel, stones, dangles, or leather parts.
The warranty period is limited to the initial purchase date.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, tarnishing, unauthorized services or modifications, or improper use outside the care instructions specified by THEOPHILUS.
Wearing counterfeit or non-THEOPHILUS items may damage THEOPHILUS jewelry and will void the warranty.
Lost items are not covered by the warranty.
Shipping for returns and reships
Customers will bear their own shipping costs for item return or exchange unless the issue arises from the seller (item sent wrongly or manufacturer defect).
How to apply for return & exchange?
Send a photo of the defective/wrong item along with your order number to our customer service.
Wait for our reply (we always try to reply as soon as we can).
The returned jewellery will be inspected by Theophilus’ management who will determine whether any repairs or exchange are needed.
Our customer service team will inform customers within 7-14 working days after inspection."
